With the aim of offering a complete service to our clients, our team brings together approximately thirty people who make up a highly qualified structure: specialists in the different disciplines of law and economics and collaborators in the administrative and computer fields.

In particular, our lawyers are competent in the Spanish, French and Moroccan jurisdictions, and accompany our clients in their national and international development through a wide network of collaborators that range from the main countries of the European Union, to the United States, to Latin America, to Africa and Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong), places where we are trained to respond to your needs.

The Llobet & Beirat law firm was created in 1986. This is developed in the context of the integration of Spain in the European Community, and the growing complexity of the legal environment of companies and individuals, in Spain and Europe.

In 1988, the continued growth of the office justifies the differentiation of legal advice and litigation activities under the Llobet & Beirat brand on the one hand, and the activities of tax law, labor law and accounting, own advisory, under the BACC Avisores brand. side.

The office opens its new offices that year in Rambla Catalunya – which will later travel to the current SITAS in the Trade Building of the Gran Via de Carlos III – in Barcelona, to host its legal advice and litigation in full swing. BACC Asesores activities continue in the historic premises of Avenida de Roma, expanded in 2013.

In 1995, the Llobet & Beirat Group materialized its presence at the national level through the inauguration of its Madrid offices, Plaza de Canalejas. In 2006, the office was installed in its current offices in Madrid, Calle Duque de Sesto in the Salamanca neighborhood. Since then, the Madrid office has been a strategic enclave for commercial relations with Latin America and to respond to the demand of customers on the other side of the Atlantic.

On March 25, 2010, the Office advises and carries out the IPO of Medcom Tech, S.A. to the alternative stock market.

In 2016, in order to be able to respond to the needs of French, Spanish or other nationalities with interests in Spain, France and/or French-speaking Africa, the Llobet & Beirat Group began its international expansion through the opening of its new Parisian offices in Percier Avenue in the elegant VIIIE district of Paris.

In 2019, the office moved its offices from Paris14 rue de Magdebourg, in the prestigious business neighborhood, next to the Trocadero square in Paris. Likewise, in parallel, in order to respond to the needs of Spanish clients who invest in Morocco, the office opens an office in Casablanca, in the Maarif business neighborhood, at 30 Rue du Marché.
